Jack Palmer

Jack has recently stepped into the role of Managing Director at Exeter Diesels, taking on an important leadership position within the business.

Known for his incredible work ethic and dedication to the company, Jack is often the first to arrive and the last to leave, helping keep the business running smoothly six days a week. His hands-on approach means he’s never far from the action, and it reflects just how much he cares about Exeter Diesels, its team and its customers.

Away from the business, Jack enjoys keeping fit at the gym and spending time outdoors with his dog, whether that’s a long walk or simply getting some fresh air after a busy week. He also makes the most of his downtime with good food and eating out.

With his passion for the business and his commitment to the people who make it what it is, Jack looks forward to helping lead Exeter Diesels into its next chapter.

Matt

Matt returned to the Exeter Diesels team in January 2026, having previously worked with the company. As a Sales Executive, Matt enjoys helping customers find the right van for their needs, offering friendly advice and support throughout the buying process.

Having returned to familiar surroundings, Matt brings previous experience of the business and a customer-focused approach to his role.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his two boys. He’s also a keen supporter of his youngest son’s passion for pool, regularly enjoying trips to pool competitions together.

Jamie

Jamie joined Exeter Diesels in September 2026 as Aftersales Manager, bringing with him valuable experience from the motor trade. Having previously worked locally in the automotive industry, Jamie has a strong understanding of the importance of customer service and keeping vehicles on the road.

In his role, Jamie oversees the aftersales side of the business, helping ensure customers receive the support and assistance they need beyond the initial purchase. His focus is on providing a reliable, professional service and making sure customers feel looked after every step of the way.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with his young daughter and his two older stepchildren.

Joanne Palmer

Joanne has been an important part of the Exeter Diesels team since 2004, bringing more than two decades of experience and knowledge to the business. As Company Secretary, she plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the company.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys keeping fit at the gym and has a real love for horses. She also loves spending quality time with her husband, Rob, and their son, Jack.

Natasha

Natasha joined Exeter Diesels as Company Accountant, bringing with her several years of experience in finance and accounts. Responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day finances, management accounts and financial reporting, Natasha plays an important role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

With a keen eye for detail and a practical, organised approach, she enjoys making sure the numbers add up and the business is in good financial shape.

When she’s not keeping the accounts in order, Natasha enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Luna and Nova.
